Meet Captain William Rogers

Meet Captain William Rogers, A 20 year veteran fishing guide from South Carolina

Captain William Rogers is the proud owner and operator of Fishin' Adventures, a premier bass fishing guide service that operates year-round out of North Myrtle Beach, SC. With a lifelong passion for fishing that began in his youth, Captain William's journey into guiding began early, participating in fishing tournaments throughout high school and continuing to refine his skills over the years.

His expertise in targeting Largemouth and Spotted Bass is grounded in extensive research and firsthand experience studying their habits and preferred habitats. Captain William's knowledge extends to the intricate behaviors of Redfish in areas like Little River and Murrells Inlets, further solidifying his reputation as a skilled and knowledgeable angler.

Guests embarking on fishing adventures with Captain William can expect more than just a day on the water; they receive personalized instruction on techniques such as seasonal pattern fishing, deep water strategies, and effective use of electronic fishing equipment. Captain William prides himself on creating a memorable experience for every guest, accommodating special requests and ensuring a comfortable outing.

Beyond guiding, Captain William is also a talented lure designer, crafting many of the lures used on his trips. His dedication to the sport led him to compete as a co-angler in the prestigious FLW Tour in 2011, culminating in a notable appearance at the Forrest Wood Cup on Lake Lanier in 2012. Balancing his passion for fishing with a full-time career in law enforcement, Captain William recently retired and now devotes his energy to sharing his love for angling with others through Fishin' Adventures.

Located in Summerton, South Carolina, Fishin' Adventures offers unparalleled fishing experiences tailored to both seasoned anglers and newcomers alike. Join Captain William Rogers for an unforgettable fishing excursion and discover why Fishin' Adventures is the ultimate choice for bass fishing enthusiasts in the Grand Strand region.
